Job Description
Sit Means Sit Madison is Madison’s top dog training company and we are currently looking for an additional training consultant. This position would be a combination of sales, community outreach, and administrative work. The primary purpose of this position is to help the senior training consultant with follow ups and appointments and build relationships with animal friendly businesses in the area.
Duties Include:
- Filling in for consultations when needed
- Follow up with previous consultations
- Send out emails to future consultations
- Check in with clients to see how training is going
- Build relationships with local animal friendly businesses
- Generate leads
- Answer phone calls, emails, and texts
Priorities:
- Sales and lead generation
- Client satisfaction and referrals

- Maintain a safe environment for dogs, clients, and other employees

Base pay starts at $12/hr plus commission and monthly bonuses. Opportunity for a raise after your 90 day probationary period. Schedule will require flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We are typically closed Sundays unless there is a scheduled event.

Pay: $12.00 – $20.00 per hour
